What time can I check in?
From 2pm until 9pm - outside of these hours please give us a call to let us know when you will be arriving.
I'm walking during my stay, would I be able to get a packed lunch?
Yes you can, just place an order when you check in.
I'm leaving before breakfast, can I get anything instead?
We have breakfast trays that can be taken to your room the night before or if a packed lunch would be more suited we can arrange one of these instead - just let a member of the team know what would work best for your stay.
Would I be able to check in sooner, I have a wedding to attend?
We will do our best, the earliest we can allow is 12pm due to check outs but please call and make sure we can accommodate you.
Do you allow dogs in the restaurant or bar?
Yes, water and treats are also available for furry diners.
Can I stay over with my dog?
Yes, we have dog friendly rooms available.
Do you have a lift?
No but we have a stannah stairlift.
Can I reserve more than one room?
Absolutely, this can be done on the website or call and speak to a member of the team.
I have an allergy, how should I make you aware?
Let us know upon check-in or when you arrive for your meal with us.
Will I still be charged if I forget to cancel my reservation?
Unfortunately, if you fail to cancel your reservation, you will be charged a minimum of one night's room charge and tax, billed to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.
Do you have a cot available?
Yes, please ask when booking for one to be put in your room.
Do you have free wifi?
Yes, we’re pleased to offer all our guests free Wi-Fi - great for browsing the web for as long as want
Do rooms have air-conditioning?
No but we do have fans available.
Do you have any smoking rooms?
We operate a no-smoking policy throughout our hotel, this includes vaping.
